Do you travel outside Danvers?
Yes — Santa regularly travels throughout the North Shore and north of Boston. For events farther afield, just ask; travel may factor into pricing.
Is the beard real?
Yes — Santa's beard is 100% genuine. Not attached, not synthetic: the real thing. It's one of the details kids notice first.
Is Santa background checked?
Yes. Santa is professionally background checked so you can invite him into your home, school, or event with total confidence.
Do you visit on Christmas Eve?
Yes! Christmas Eve slots are available and always popular — they fill up fast. If Christmas Eve is the date you have in mind, don't wait to request.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable.
Can I share children's names and wish list details in advance?
Absolutely — and we encourage it. Knowing a child's name and a wish or two is what makes the visit feel truly magical. Add anything you'd like Santa to know in the “Special requests” field when you book.
